For the "SuperNatural", I took a well-known fairytale and restructured its narrative, to create a suspenseful, gory, and spooky story. I wanted to center this film on subverting expectations and representing a different perspective on the female “victim” by showing her unnatural strength and manipulative abilities the way that men are often portrayed on screen. She did not seek out a victim either; if the man wasn’t stalking and intending to harm her - he probably would never have been torn apart. She was not the trope of the sexual femme fatale, the disgusting monster, nor the damsel in distress, but her own category of character who doesn’t let creeps get away with intimidating her.
